I swapped over to Nammu-tech cam bands as soon as I got the rebreather. They have been really good and no issues in a year and half so far. I added another cylinder so got an extra couple for it.
I was worried the buckle would crack under the load but they have not showered any cracks or failures.
Use these on JJ-CCR and on my student units. Superb way to secure but also quickly release and exchange tanks. Totally removes the ‘faf’ when trying to get cylinders locked on.
Great low profile Cam band for adding a tank weight for trim correction. Small and lightweight for travel.
